1. Introduction

By booking a stay at Swami’s Ashram Hotel, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the guest and the hotel, including the booking process, stay, and use of hotel services.Guests should review these terms carefully before making a reservation.

2. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made via the hotel's website, phone, or authorized travel agents. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

3. Check-In/Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's stay.

5. Payment

  • Full payment is required upon check-in. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
  • Additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.

6. Rates

  • Room rates are per room, per night, and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

7. Room Occupancy

  • The maximum occupancy for rooms is specified at the time of booking. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or refusal of accommodation.
  • Guests must inform the hotel of any changes in occupancy.

8. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge when using existing beds. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability.

9. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed unless specifically stated in the booking conditions or pre-approved by the hotel management.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or disturbances caused by their pets.

  • A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.

12. Personal Belongings

  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided.
  • Unclaimed lost property will be held for a limited period and then disposed of according to hotel policy.

13. Use of Hotel Facilities

  • Hotel facilities such as the gym, spa, and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
